New blog entry from Taylor!

That's probably my longest blog title yet, so if you weren't able to experience the whole thing because it cut the last part off (due to being so long)... It said "While I was in LA, my mom re-arranged my bathroom". As you can imagine, my bathroom looks different now. When I left for LA, my way of storing all of my make up and hair products was to pile it all on my bathroom counter. Most of it was grouped together in a very organized system (the pile). That's not to say the system was not flawed. There was one tiny, insignificant recurring problem.. If you pulled one thing out of the middle of the pile, it would create a giant avalanche of lip gloss and eye shadow and other various cosmetics (sometimes a container of powder, which was undoubtedly left halfway closed-- SO much fun to clean up!). I was fine with my system. 17% of the time, it worked perfectly without disastrous results. I wasn't going to complain about it because whining isn't really my thing, and I didn't have...

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

I have them all the time! Mostly it has to do with me being tall. I'll always be hitting my head on the side of a car or going through a door. I think I've gotten minor concussions from hitting my head on things. And in the beginning, when I was on the radio tour and doing free shows, people would introduce me as Taylor Hicks, because that was right when he won 'American Idol.'

Taylor revealed to CMT, “The video was directed by Trey Fanjoy. She’s done all my videos, and it’s been really fun working with her. This video’s a lot different than the other videos we’ve made because usually we’ve gone for bright colors and me looking straight into the camera and singing. But this one, it’s a little more introspective. There’s a pretty emotional scene in there where I had to cry for like three hours, like bawl my eyes out for three hours. It was really interesting and sort of a new thing for me. [Former Laguna Beach star] Stephen Colletti's in it, so I’m really excited about that. I saw him on One Tree Hill and thought he was really awesome on that. I thought he had the look we were going for, for the video guy. This guy in the video is supposed to look really sweet, and someone who looks like he’d never lie to you — but then he does. So I thought he’d be perfect for it and he actually does an amazing job.”
